Terms & Conditions of Use for the bkcuci Platform

Welcome to bkcuci, an online betting platform operating under international licensing. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bkcuci ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). • "Bonus" means promotional credits, cashback, rewards or other incentives granted by the Platform to Users subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times the bonus amount must be placed as wagers before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Cash" means real money deposited by the User, distinct from bonus funds.

2 User Eligibility

To be eligible to use bkcuci's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online betting activities.
• Register only one account in your own name — accounts on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Not have been previously banned or prohibited by bkcuci.
• Provide registration information that is accurate, complete and up to date at all times.

bkcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your MyKad or relevant documents) to verify user eligibility at any time. Users who do not comply with the verification request within the stipulated period risk having their account temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration and Management

The bkcuci registration process is designed for maximum security. Users must provide their full name as per their identity card, an active mobile number and a valid email address when registering. This information is used for identity verification, account recovery and official platform communications.

Account Security Responsibilities

• Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential.
• Sharing your account, granting access to third parties or allowing others to use your account is not permitted.
• Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own activity, unless you report an unauthorised account takeover to the support team immediately.
• bkcuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bkcuci platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.

Supported Payment Methods

bkcuci supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks for example), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the name of the registered user.
• bkcuci will not process withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet that does not belong to the registered user.
• Any charges or fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirements will be declined automatically.
• bkcuci reserves the right to request proof of payment before approving a withdrawal as part of its fraud prevention process.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

bkcuci offers a range of promotions for new users and loyal members. All promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods set out separately for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received must be met before any winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

VIP Programme

Loyal bkcuci members are eligible to join the VIP Programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.2% for the Bronze tier to up to 1.2% for the Diamond tier. Progress through the VIP programme depends on the user's ongoing wagering activity.

6 Game Rules

The bkcuci platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and virtual sports. Users must comply with the specific rules for each type of game.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed after the game has ended, unless a technical error that can be verified by the system is identified.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bkcuci reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the user.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or other methods to exploit the game system is strictly prohibited.
• bkcuci uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fairness and transparency.

7 Acceptable User Conduct

bkcuci users are required to interact with the platform and other users in a responsible and ethical manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
• Using a false identity or another person's account information.
• Conducting money laundering activities through the platform.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about the platform or other users.
• Using offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment towards support staff or other users.
• Violating any applicable laws in force.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

By registering at bkcuci, you agree that your personal information may be used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and account-related communications. bkcuci will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bkcuci reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bkcuci reserves the right to withhold all bonus funds and winnings associated with the violating activity. Cash deposited by the user (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is concluded, subject to the decision of the compliance team.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The bkcuci platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the applicable licensing principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation with our support team will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing regulator.
